Review of option agreements and shareholders agreement
We reviewed the share option agreements and supporting documentation such as the shareholders agreement for a private company. We advised on the rights and liabilities together with advice on how the capital gains made on disposal of the shares would be taxed. We dealt with income tax, national insurance and entrepreneurs’ relief on the capital gains.
