Discrepancy in pay, bonuses and failing to promote

We advised a manager in a multi-national company on an employment law claim for unlawful sex discrimination, bullying and harassment following many years of receiving less pay and lower bonuses and incentives than men in her department coupled with failing to promote her when she was better qualified than various men who were promoted. We dealt with the employment law issues arising from depression at work caused by the employer’s sex discrimination and tolerance of bullying and harassment by a senior manager. Our client received a substantial six-figure settlement as compensation.
