Discrepancy in pay, bonuses and promotion

We defended a media agency employer against equal pay and sex discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal brought by a female director that over a number of years she had been less well paid, received a lower bonus and was overlooked for promotion. We dealt with legal issues arising from the employee’s depression at work claiming unfair and unlawful sex discrimination against her. The matter was resolved by a compromise agreement on terms favourable to the employer.
