We advised a partnership of accountants on how to protect its clients when a partner left to set up in competition, led a team move and poached some employees from hisformer employer. We dealt with actions to take on breach of post termination restrictions such as non-compete clauses, the use of undertakings as an alternative to an injunction and achieved protection for the firm at a realistic cost.
