Alex is a sharp and tenacious problem-solver specialising in contentious and non-contentious employment law, litigation, TUPE and advice on team moves.  Alex advises both employees and employers.

Work and clients

Alex advises on employment law matters, compromise agreements, redundancy law and restructuring, insolvency, litigation and dispute resolution.  Many of his personal clients are high net worth individuals, directors, bankers, brokers and dealers from the financial services industry.  Alex's corporate clients include private and public companies, partnerships and LLPs. Alex achieves effective commercial results for his clients, whether through negotiation, mediation or litigation.  He is also co-author of several books.

Route to Gannons

Brasenose College, Oxford-educated, Alex cut his teeth in commercial litigation and insolvency at leading City law firms, before joining Gannons.
