A fantastic opportunity in London for a client facing role working with exciting private companies and their directors.

The low down

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys engaging with clients on a day to day basis and has strong client facing skills. You must be organized, calm, discrete and measured.

 

The work

The work

The work is varied and interesting. The role includes:

    • Reporting to the managing partner and office manager.
    • On-boarding new clients – letters of engagement and AML checks.
    • Management of telephones and handling enquiries.
    • Managing diaries and client appointments.
    • Management of reception and meeting rooms, etc.
    • Organising internal meetings and keeping minutes for team meetings.
    • Providing cover for the office manager as needed.
    • Management of social media for the firm.
    • Obtaining client reviews.
    • Assisting the team with their administrative needs.
    • Working closely with the office manager to manage workflows.
    • The job description is an outline only and may be varied to meet the needs of the business.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of Partner for Windows and NetDocs or similar case management systems.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills making interactions with employees, suppliers and clients positive.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Calm, discrete and measured.
  • Broad experience in the various functions of smaller law firm management.
  • Experience using Microsoft office and IT systems is essential.
