The low down

You will be working with our solicitors on mainly corporate work and dispute resolution. There is never a dull second.

Job Description

No day is the same. You will deal with:

Assisting solicitors with corporate transactions, board minutes and corporate filings;
Helping the dispute resolution team, preparing court documents, assimilating evidence;
Legal research;
Drafting website and social media content.

What it takes

The qualities we are looking for are pleasant, flexible and practical. We will provide training and support.
