When Gannons was formed over 22 years ago we were seen by many as a little futuristic – a boutique firm focused on SMEs, SEO and paperless to boot – how odd the traditionalists thought. Needless to say we did very well thank you very much. But, in the new world post Covid with changing working patterns we found the typical employed solicitor model tired. There was a problem to solve.
Our solution to the problem is to devise a model which delivers the new way of working. The new way is popular because it offers a world where solicitors work to their strengths, decide their own hours, set their own objectives and define their earning potential. We are finding this translates to happy clients.
We are carrying on our long tradition of being boutique and centered on private companies with expertise in the core areas of company commercial work including employment, tax, share schemes and dispute resolution.
We stay focused. Watch the world around us. Never fly by night preferring strong relationships with our consultants and clients. Our focus means that we do have good quality work to pass to consultants we think are the right fit and likely to generate work to pass back to us.
