Ksenia Martynova

Ksenia is an experienced corporate solicitor with a passion for delivering strategic legal solutions to businesses and their owners. With a strong foundation in private equity, corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions, share sales and corporate reorganisations, she brings invaluable experience to the Gannons team.

Ksenia’s experience includes advising on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, restructurings, reorganisations and start-ups. She also provides day-to-day advice to corporate clients in relation to general business and company law.

Ksenia has worked with clients in many different industry sectors and has acted for owner-managed businesses as well as for established private companies, individual shareholders and directors, start-ups and listed clients.
