Consultant Commercial Solicitor

We are looking for a specialist commercial solicitor who has experience in dealing with private company share work. The role typically involves share buy backs, share re-organisation, drafting articles and shareholder agreements and employee share plans.

You need to be able to talk to clients about their needs, quote for the work, draft the documentation, deal with tax aspects such as clearance letters to HMRC, implementation and filings at Companies House.

The role is remote working with flexible time commitment to suit you. However, it is important to us that you are reliable and available on the hours you schedule so that we can manage the flow of work and you provide a good service to our clients.

You will be engaged as a self-employed consultant. You will be paid 40% of fees you invoice and paid. We keep things simple and the rate covers work you bring in as equally as work we give to you.

There is no cap on earning potential. We do not expect you to exclusively work for us.
