Deena Iqbal TEP is a partner and head of our private client team.
I am a specialist in private wealth matters including probate, wills and estate planning, as well as trusts and powers of attorney. I work with clients with substantial assets portfolios, often spanning multiple jurisdictions.
- I establish structures for the preservation of assets, often working with entrepreneurs prior to, and after the sale of their businesses. I deal with wills and trusts, inheritance tax planning strategies, and succession planning for business owners.
- I advise divorcees on family law related aspects of Wills, and I draft surrogacy Wills, ensuring intended parents can secure their intended children’s rights before a parental order is put in place.
- I cover cross border issues and work with specialist lawyers and accountants in various jurisdictions to administer estates with assets situated around the world.
- I work to safeguard my clients’ interests and hold a STEP qualification in advising vulnerable clients.
